Getting to know you
When we take you on as a client we like to gain a thorough understanding of your financial situation so that we can serve you as well as we can. We will do this informally in one of our Adam offices or we can visit you at your home.
We're confident that you will come to regard your manager as your trusted adviser at Adam. You will have a team looking after your affairs and if not at the first meeting, over time we will ensure you get to meet them all. You will always know who is looking after you and once we form a relationship we won't break it other than in exceptional circumstances. Our managers are managers not salesmen and women. We take the bother out of managing your financial affairs by offering continuous, attentive service and solutions. We really do look after you.
One day we received a call from Heathrow. It was a client. It's nice to hear from clients any time. But this one was in distress. He was about to board a plane for New York and had forgotten his wallet at home. "Leave it with us," we said. There was a taxi waiting for him at JFK airport. It took him straight to a bank in downtown New York. There, for collection, was the $1000 in cash we had arranged whilst he was in the air.
