Dealing Costs
All transactions are processed at market rates of commission, if any, and may include stamp duty. No extra charges will be made by the custodian or manager. Market charges are payable on each transaction.
Custody, Administration and Reporting Charges
An all inclusive fee of 0.25% per annum of the value of the portfolio administered will be levied quarterly subject to a minimum fee of £75 per quarter and a maximum fee of £750 per quarter.
This scale of charges is effective from April 2004.
Full details of charges are set out in the Fee Appendix to the Discretionary Investment Management Agreement, which will be provided to you prior to the provision of this service.
