Below are the locations of our offices, each of which has been specially chosen to provide the right environment: gracious, relaxed and inviting. They all have a number of meeting rooms for receiving clients. These are more like dining rooms or studies than conventional office spaces: we want our clients to feel at home. It is all part of providing a genuinely personal service.
Looking around at the sofas, the fire surround, the paintings and the discreet lighting prospective clients might even for a moment think they had stepped into the foyer of a small hotel or exclusive club. Behind this civilised, elegant front however is a dedicated modern workforce and state-of-the-art technology that allows us to respond with immediacy to requests for information or authorisation to action decisions.
Seen and not heard? That's certainly not our attitude to our clients' children. We like to hear what they think. We also like to impart to them, as early as possible, the principles of financial management. So that when they're students, maybe extending their allowance somewhat, they'll know and respect the manager who calls them in for an informal chat.
