An Adam & Company Fixed Rate Mortgage provides a safeguard against rising interest rates. At the end of the term, you can choose to take another Fixed Rate Mortgage, switch to our Tracker Rate Mortgage or House Mortgage Rate, or discuss alternative products. Fixed Rate Mortgages are suitable for all normal mortgage purposes, including purchase, remortgaging or acquiring a second home. Our Fixed Rate Mortgages are subject to availability and may be withdrawn to new applications.
