An Adam & Company Fixed Rate Mortgage gives you a safeguard against rises in interest rates. Your repayments can be capital and interest, interest only, or a combination of both.
When the fixed rate term comes to an end, you can select another fixed rate mortgage, switch to our variable mortgage rate, or choose an alternative mortgage product available at that time.
