Customised

Loans

When it comes to long and short term borrowing, we recognise that one size rarely suits all. This is why we tailor or service, to help our customers meet their objectives

  • Variable rate loan

Your repayment options can be personalised to match your unique financial circumstances. If you wish, you can make ad-hoc capital repayments to reduce the amount of your borrowing at any time during the loan term.

Loans are available for a wide range of purposes on a secured or unsecured basis.

    OVER 18S ONLY
All credit is subject to approval and affordability checks.
Our rates depend on your circumstances and loan amounts and may differ from the representative APR

  • Bridging loan

Being able to respond quickly is often the key driver of success in the property market. Short term funding from Adam provides a temporary cash reserve to help you move home, renovate or purchase a second property.

You can use your bridging loan to:

    • Fund the purchase of a new property before the sale of another
    • Buy a new property quickly before long term finance is arranged
    • Provide temporary funds to repair or restore a building before an additional mortgage is arranged.

    OVER 18S ONLY
All credit is subject to approval and affordability checks.
Our rates depend on your circumstances and loan amounts and may differ from the representative APR

Flexible

overdrafts

Flexibility and availability are the key components of a practical and dependable overdraft service.

  • Sterling Overdraft

Adam current account customers can enjoy the flexibility of an agreed overdraft, which lets them draw and repay funds at any time.

Typically overdrafts can be arranged for periods of up to one year, with no restrictions on the purpose of the borrowing. Overdrafts can be granted on a secured or unsecured basis.

    OVER 18S ONLY.
All credit is subject to approval and affordability checks.
Our rates depend on your circumstances and loan amounts and may differ from the representative APR
